All those talk about losing weight for the past years , I'm finally going to take it seriously this summer. Besides this is my last summer before I graduate from college. I don't want to just lose weight, but I also want to tone my body.
So right now I'm 5'2'' and 148 pounds. (Wow I was a bit going to lie and write down 145 pounds. lol). Anyways I have June, July and August to do it, and each month my goal is to lose at least 5 pounds. That would be 133 pounds all together; in other words I'm aiming for 135 pounds by the end of the summer.
The summer diet plan begins on June 1st. Wish me luck. Oh I'm getting butterflies inside my stomach.
